Order & Return Policies


Each piece we carry may have small irregularities in the weaving or colors due to the entirely handmade nature of our products - to us these are not flaws but reminders of each person who has helped bring our products to you.

We will not accept return for products with color or weaving irregularities that are consistent with the nature of our hand made accessories, clothing, and home goods. When purchasing our products you understand that minor differences may be present from product to product and for this reason cannot be returned.

We will accept returns for products that have broken in transportation or have flaws that affect the usage of our products. We will supply a return label and items must be returned within 14 days. Refund or exchange will be initiated upon receiving returned goods. All returned goods must not be bent, stained, have an odor, or appear used or worn in any way.


You have the right to cancel your order within 5 days of placement. You must give and Wolf and Willa written notification of cancellation of your order by email to shopwolfandwilla@gmail.com. If you cancel your order after this time period you must pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value.

Wolf and Willa has the right to cancel your order or any part of it at any time.


We care about our customers and will do the best we can to accommodate your needs. Wolf and Willa has complete discretion in deciding who has exclusivity. Exclusivity is given on a case by case basis. Exclusivity will be based on amount and consistency of orders. The minimum order for exclusivity is $3,000 per quarter.


Wolf and Willa does not guarantee photos to be provided to retailers for use on social media or e-commerce platforms. Photos on our website and social media accounts are not to be used without permission.
